sous-bassins (via des ballons atmosph\u00e9riques captifs) ou des bassins versants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle du pays et des bassins fluviaux transfrontaliers (via des ballons g\u00e9ostationnaires capables de couvrir la surveillance de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau sur une vaste zone g\u00e9ographique \u00e0 un co\u00fbt sensiblement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des satellites.<\/p>\n
