{"id":15820,"date":"2025-09-25T10:10:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-25T08:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bwi.earth\/?p=15820"},"modified":"2025-09-26T09:39:12","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T07:39:12","slug":"h2r-revalto-hydrologie-spatiale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bwi.earth\/fr\/h2r-revalto-hydrologie-spatiale\/","title":{"rendered":"De H2R \u00e0 REVALTO : un nouveau chapitre pour l\u2019hydrologie spatiale"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"gut-content\">\n        <div class=\"wrap\">\n            <p>Le 17 septembre, BWI a r\u00e9uni partenaires et coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 Toulouse lors d\u2019une soir\u00e9e conviviale pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer une \u00e9tape importante : le <strong>d\u00e9marrage de REVALTO<\/strong>, le nouveau nom du projet anciennement connu sous le nom de <strong data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"849\">H2R<\/strong>, ouvrant ainsi un nouveau chapitre pour l\u2019hydrologie spatiale.<\/p>\n<h2>De H2R \u00e0 REVALTO<\/h2>\n<p>Initialement lanc\u00e9 sous le nom H2R (Hydrologie Haute Revisite), le projet devient aujourd\u2019hui <strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1053\">REVALTO<\/strong>, acronyme de <strong data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1101\">REVisiting ALTimetry hydrOlogy<\/strong>. Cette mission est n\u00e9e d\u2019un contrat ambitieux attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 BWI par le <a href=\"https:\/\/cnes.fr\/\">Centre National d\u2019\u00c9tudes Spatiales (CNES)<\/a> en 2025 dans le cadre du plan national d\u2019investissement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/france-2030\">France 2030<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1292\" data-end=\"1667\">Ce contrat a pour objet la fourniture de services innovants dans le domaine de l\u2019hydrologie. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des altim\u00e8tres radar miniaturis\u00e9s, ces services fourniront des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cises toutes les 48h de hauteurs d\u2019eau sur 10.000 points de mesure \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"2241\">En combinant l\u2019IA avec une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019observation in\u00e9dite, le projet permettra d&rsquo;<strong>am\u00e9liorer de mani\u00e8re significative la gestion de la ressource en eau et l\u2019anticipation des \u00e9v\u00e9nements extr\u00eames tels que les inondations et les s\u00e9cheresses<\/strong>. La conclusion de ce contrat s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du programme France 2030, pilot\u00e9 par la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Entreprises (DGE), la Direction de la Recherche et de l\u2019Innovation (DGRI) et la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Armement (DGA), avec le Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour l\u2019investissement (SGPI), et op\u00e9r\u00e9 par le CNES (Centre National d&rsquo;Etudes Spatiales) pour le compte du MTE (Minist\u00e8re de la Transition Energ\u00e9tique).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"2241\"><em>&gt; Lire aussi : <a href=\"https:\/\/bwi.earth\/fr\/bwi-remporte-l-appel-d-offres-du-cnes\/\">BWI remporte l\u2019appel d\u2019offres \u00ab Observation \u00e0 haute revisite des niveaux d\u2019eau continentale \u00bb lanc\u00e9 par le CNES dans le cadre de France 2030<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"2241\">REVALTO traduit l&rsquo;ambition pour les acteurs fran\u00e7ais de l&rsquo;hydrologie spatiale de venir compl\u00e9ter au mieux les dispositifs et les capteurs existants s&rsquo;agissant du comportement des lacs et des rivi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2122\" data-end=\"2151\">Un moment de partage<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2721\" data-end=\"3225\">La soir\u00e9e \u00e0 Toulouse a rassembl\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"2757\" data-end=\"2828\">BWI, le CNES, ainsi que des partenaires industriels tels qu\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hemeria-group.com\/\">Hemeria<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/anywaves.com\/\">Anywaves<\/a><\/strong>, qui apporteront leur expertise \u00e0 la mission REVALTO. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement fut l\u2019occasion non seulement de pr\u00e9senter la mission comme l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me qui soutient la mission REVALTO. L\u2019atmosph\u00e8re \u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois conviviale et collaborative, refl\u00e9tant le fort esprit de partenariat du collectif qui s\u2019est construit autour de REVALTO.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3227\" data-end=\"3470\">L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus qu\u2019une simple c\u00e9l\u00e9bration &#8211; c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un moment de partage des perspectives, de renfort des partenariats et d&rsquo;accord sur un objectif commun : valoriser l&rsquo;expertise fran\u00e7aise en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;hydrologie spatiale.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3477\" data-end=\"3528\">Un nouveau chapitre pour l\u2019hydrologie spatiale<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3530\" data-end=\"3975\">Pour BWI, REVALTO incarne pleinement la mission de l&rsquo;entreprise : <strong data-start=\"3676\" data-end=\"3733\">digitaliser les rivi\u00e8res pour renforcer la r\u00e9silience des parties prenantes des cours d&rsquo;eau<\/strong>.
