Toulouse, le 19 janvier 2026<\/strong><\/em> \u2014 BWI (<\/strong><\/span>Blue Water Intelligence) annonce la nomination de Lise Ferri\u00e8res au poste de Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Adjointe \/ Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective le 1er d\u00e9cembre 2025. Cette nomination vient renforcer l\u2019organisation et le pilotage op\u00e9rationnel de BWI \u00e0 une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 de son d\u00e9veloppement en France et \u00e0 l\u2019international. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Une <\/span><\/b>dirigeante <\/span><\/b>exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e au service de la <\/span><\/b>structuration <\/span><\/b>des entreprises technologiques<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e d\u2019un Master en Management \u00e0 Audencia,<\/span> <\/span>Lise Ferri\u00e8res<\/a> apporte<\/span> \u00e0 BWI<\/span> <\/span>sa <\/span>longue <\/span>exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de direction <\/span>des fon<\/span>ctions de support, <\/span>acquise au sein de grandes entreprises technologiques, industrielles et <\/span>deep<\/span> <\/span>tech.<\/span> Lise aura <\/span>notamment pour mission de piloter la structuration de l\u2019entreprise pour l\u2019aider \u00e0 servir<\/span>, en France comme \u00e0 l\u2019international<\/span> ses clients<\/span> dans les standards les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s d\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/span> <\/span>Elle y d\u00e9ploiera une approche transversale alliant rigueur op\u00e9rationnelle, structuration des \u00e9quipes et accompagnement de la croissance dans des environnements technologiques complexes.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Avant de rejoindre BWI, <\/span>Lise Ferri\u00e8res <\/span>occupait le poste de Vice-<\/span>P<\/span>r<\/span>e<\/span>sident <\/span>F<\/span>inance <\/span>and <\/span>Corporate <\/span>Affairs <\/span>chez <\/span>Prophesee<\/span>, une <\/span>soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <\/span>de <\/span>deep<\/span> <\/span>tech class\u00e9e dans le FT120 et pr\u00e9sente en Europe, aux \u00c9tats-Unis et en Asie. <\/span>Membre du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, <\/span>Lise Ferri\u00e8res <\/span>y pilotait les fonctions <\/span>F<\/span>inance, <\/span>R<\/span>essources <\/span>H<\/span>umaines, <\/span>I<\/span>nformatique, <\/span>J<\/span>uridique<\/span>,<\/span> <\/span>L<\/span>ogistique, <\/span>et<\/span> a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le central dans la structuration de l\u2019entreprise <\/span>(ex. <\/span>plus de 100 <\/span>m<\/span>\u20ac de <\/span>fonds <\/span>lev\u00e9s<\/span>)<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Lis<\/span>e a \u00e9galement <\/span>accompagn\u00e9 le<\/span> lancement d\u2019Akwa <\/span>en tant que Directrice financi\u00e8re (CFO), en structurant les fonctions <\/span>F<\/span>inance et RH d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res phases de d\u00e9veloppement. Auparavant, <\/span>Lise <\/span>a<\/span>vait<\/span> occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes de direction financi\u00e8re chez Schneider Electric et Areva T&D, o\u00f9 elle a dirig\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes multiculturelleset g\u00e9r\u00e9 des budgets de grande envergure dans des environnements internationaux.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
