On 18 September, our Toulouse office at B612 – Innovation Center welcomed a special team-building session – a moment to pause, reconnect, and grow together beyond our daily projects.
This team-building session lead by coach Paul Lauriac was all about understanding each other better: how we communicate, collaborate, and thrive as a team. Through interactive workshops, reflections, and group exercises, we explored what makes teamwork at BWI unique – a blend of innovation, trust, and shared purpose.
Paul’s guidance encouraged everyone to express their perspectives openly, fostering genuine conversations about collaboration, leadership, and collective performance.
This day was also the perfect opportunity for team members from Paris and Toulouse to meet, exchange ideas, and welcome the new Bluers who recently joined BWI. Though not everyone could attend – some of our teammates were out on missions in Panama, the Philippines, or enjoying well-deserved holidays – they were very much part of the spirit of the day.
At BWI, we believe that tackling global water and climate challenges starts from within – with a strong, connected, and motivated team. This team-building day reminded us that our strength lies in our people: curious minds, diverse backgrounds, and a shared commitment to making an impact.
