On 4-5 June 2026, BWI attended Forum by Aerospace Valley 2026 in Biarritz to discuss Earth observation, hydrological forecasting and the future of water intelligence.
On 4 and 5 June 2026, BWI participated in the Aerospace Valley Forum in Biarritz, one of the leading gatherings for the aerospace and space ecosystem in southwestern France.
Over two days, the event brought together companies, public institutions, researchers and innovation stakeholders to exchange on strategic topics shaping the future of the aerospace and space industries.
For BWI, the Forum provided an opportunity to discuss how Earth observation, hydrological forecasting and river basin digitization can support more resilient water resource management. It was also a chance to present the opportunities offered by the future REVALTO constellation, which will provide large-scale river and lake elevation measurements.
Our participation was made possible through the InnoDay Challenge 2025 award, and we would like to thank Aerospace Valley, DISTRICT by Aerospace Valley for their continued support.
The event offered valuable opportunities for discussion and collaboration, further strengthening the links between the space ecosystem and water management challenges.
