David shares his journey, motivations and insights into his role at BWI.

At BWI, David helps public and private stakeholders implement hydrological forecasting services. David’s mission is about turning complex hydrological challenges into concrete, high-impact solutions.

Before joining BWI, David led business development projects at TotalEnergies in Kazakhstan, contributing to project financing and analyzing acquisition opportunities in the renewable energy sector. His background also includes finance roles at Lazard, PAI Partners, and Finance Active, where he built a solid foundation in risk management and impact investing.

A graduate of the Finance & Strategy Master’s at Sciences Po, David Emmanuel combines analytical sharpness with a strong sense of public responsibility. His training for the French civil service exams adds to his profile as a committed strategist, navigating seamlessly between the public and private sectors.

With a unique blend of environmental conviction and operational excellence, David represents a new generation of business developers working to accelerate sustainable transitions.
