Our head of programs, Olivier Chazal, represented BWI at the prestigious Indo-French workshop at Hyatt Regency in New Delhi.
On October 16th 2023, French Development Agency in South Asia and Service économique régional de New Delhi have organized an Indo-French workshop on the important topic of hydropower at Hyatt Regency in New Delhi. For an entire day, specialists, international finance institutions, regulatory organizations in India, and representatives of the private sector have discussed the growth of India’s hydropower.
Among the many distinguished participants, BWI’s head of programs, Olivier Chazal, delivered a presentation highlighting the influence of digitizing river basins on the performance of hydropower assets. He discussed its role in expediting development opportunity assessments and safeguarding investments.
