On October 16, 2025, Blue Water Intelligence (BWI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with INRM Consultants to jointly deploy hydrological forecasting and basin digitization services across Indian watersheds.

INRM Consultants, incubated in 2001 at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) under the Technology Business Incubator Unit (TBIU) of the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT), is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified enterprise. The company designs innovative and integrated solutions for water resources, agriculture, environment, climate change, and geoinformatics. As part of IIT Delhi’s Research and Innovation Park, INRM benefits from close collaboration with leading researchers and experts.
The agreement was signed by Prof. Ashvani Gosain, Director of INRM Consultants, and Mohammed Hamze, Business Development Lead at BWI. This collaboration marks a new step in advancing data-driven and climate-resilient water management through the integration of satellite data, modeling, and decision-support tools tailored to local hydrological contexts.
Together, BWI and INRM will work to deliver hydrological forecasting and basin monitoring solutions that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and strengthen water resilience across India.
