With more than 25 years of leadership in sales, digital transformation and CRM strategy, Jacques brings a unique blend of technical depth and business vision to BWI. At BWI, he empowers public and private stakeholders to anticipate river dynamics and make smarter climate-resilient water management decisions through the implementation of our cutting-edge SaaS hydrological forecasting platform.
Prior to joining BWI, Jacques held pivotal roles across the tech ecosystem. At Salesforce, he spent over four years leading complex digital marketing initiatives for EDF and non-profit organizations across Europe. He later advised fast-scaling companies like Arsenalia and Astound Commerce, helping them penetrate the French and EMEA markets with a focus on luxury, retail and digital commerce.
Jacques is also the co-founder of CRM Alumni, a thriving network of former Salesforce professionals dedicated to helping clients succeed with CRM implementations. His entrepreneurial journey includes the launch of JXB Services, a consultancy that brought international software vendors to the French market and closed major deals in sectors ranging from broadcasting to financial services.
His track record includes strategic sales and leadership roles at OSF Digital, VO2 Group and Nexworld, with a client portfolio spanning L’Oréal, Van Cleef & Arpels, France Télévisions, EDF and Société Générale. Whether leading enterprise deals or building go-to-market strategies from scratch, Jacques consistently delivers results grounded in customer value and long-term partnerships.
A graduate in Marketing from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and certified by Salesforce and SAP, Jacques combines deep product knowledge with an instinct for market alignment.
