We’re pleased to welcome Thibault Lebeke, Industrial Manager at BWI. With over 10 years of experience in spacecraft engineering and a strong background in flight dynamics and system coordination, Thibault contributes to the REVALTO mission by managing industrial partners and technical interfaces – ensuring high-quality space data to power advanced hydrological forecasting.
We’re delighted to welcome Thibault Lebeke to BWI as Industrial Manager. Based in Toulouse, Thibault brings over 10 years of experience in spacecraft engineering, from CubeSats to large telecommunication satellites. A graduate of ESTACA in aerospace engineering, he has developed strong expertise in flight dynamics, AOCS and system-level coordination.
Thibault shares his journey, motivations and insights into his role at BWI.
Before joining BWI, Thibault built extensive experience in space engineering across institutional and commercial programs. He held technical leadership roles in flight dynamics and GNC, managing suppliers on both technical and programmatic topics. These experiences shaped his structured approach to system coordination, supplier management and interface control within complex space projects.
At BWI, Thibault serves as Industrial Manager on the REVALTO project, our radar altimetry satellite mission dedicated to high-revisit hydrology data. He is responsible for building strong relationships with industrial partners, ensuring delivery on quality, cost and schedule, and managing technical interfaces between subsystems.
Thibault shares that what he enjoys most at BWI is bringing suppliers together to build a coherent system and seeing a project successfully operate in space. He is also particularly motivated by delivering best-in-class data to support our hydrological models and strengthen water intelligence worldwide.
We’re proud to have Thibault on board and look forward to his continued contributions to our mission.
Welcome, Thibault!
