The focus of this meeting was on the role of information technology and telecom in the enhancement of climate change management strategies.

The frequency and intensity of climate-related disasters are rising. Therefore, it is imperative to create reliable systems that can assist communities in growing more resilient. Leading these initiatives is information technology, which provides innovative solutions to revolutionize our approach to environmental problems.

We would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, the Commercial Minister of Bangladesh’s diplomatic mission, along with Mr. Julien Deur, Head of the Economic Department at the French Embassy in Bangladesh. In addition, we would like to thank Mr. Pierre-Jean Malgouyres, Mrs. Anaïs Saintoul, and Mr. Baptiste Tholoniat from MEDEF International, who were instrumental in organizing this meeting.

This dialogue was part of a larger initiative, bringing together entrepreneurs from the countries of Bangladesh and France.  Also, it fosters collaboration and mutual growth.

Interactions like this emphasize the importance of global partnerships in addressing issues like climate change and sustainability. Also, this demonstrates how information technology could help create sustainable solutions for our future. The insights gained from this meeting will definitely contribute to BWI’s continuous efforts to build a more resilient and sustainable world.
