BWI is proud to have engaged in a prestigious dialogue with the Honorable State Minister of IT of Bangladesh, Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak.
BWI is extremely privileged to have it’s Chairman of the Board, Philippe Gautier, engage in a profound discussion with the Honorable State Minister of Posts, Telecommunications, and Information Technology of Bangladesh, Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak. This prestigious meeting also included His Excellency the Ambassador Khondker M. Talha. The focus of this meeting was on the role of information technology and telecom in the enhancement of climate change management strategies.
The frequency and intensity of climate-related disasters are rising. Therefore, it is imperative to create reliable systems that can assist communities in growing more resilient. Leading these initiatives is information technology, which provides innovative solutions to revolutionize our approach to environmental problems.
We would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, the Commercial Minister of Bangladesh’s diplomatic mission, along with Mr. Julien Deur, Head of the Economic Department at the French Embassy in Bangladesh. In addition, we would like to thank Mr. Pierre-Jean Malgouyres, Mrs. Anaïs Saintoul, and Mr. Baptiste Tholoniat from MEDEF International, who were instrumental in organizing this meeting.
