BWI announces the appointment of Lise Ferrières as Deputy Chief Executive Officer / Chief Operating Officer (COO). Her arrival marks a key milestone in strengthening BWI’s operational structure, in support of service quality and the company’s international deployment.
Toulouse, 19 January 2026 — BWI (Blue Water Intelligence) announces the appointment of Lise Ferrières as Deputy Chief Executive Officer / Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective 1 December 2025. This appointment strengthens BWI’s organization and operational leadership at a pivotal stage of its development in France and internationally.
A graduate of Audencia with a Master’s degree in Management, Lise Ferrières brings to BWI extensive experience in leading corporate and support functions, acquired within major technology, industrial, and deep-tech companies. At BWI, she will be responsible for driving the company’s organizational structuring, enabling it to serve its clients in France and internationally to the highest standards of operational excellence. She will apply a cross-functional approach combining operational rigor, team structuring, and growth support in complex technological environments.
Prior to joining BWI, Lise Ferrières served as Vice President Finance and Corporate Affairs at Prophesee, a FT120-listed deep-tech company operating across Europe, the United States, and Asia. As a member of the executive committee, she oversaw Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal, and Logistics functions, and played a central role in the company’s structuring, including more than €100 million raised in funding.
She also supported the launch of Akwa as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), structuring Finance and HR functions from the early stages of development. Previously, Lise held several senior financial leadership roles at Schneider Electric and Areva T&D, where she led multicultural teams and managed large-scale budgets in international environments.
