Data4Water e-workshop: Godavari River Basin challenges

The webinar is centered on the challenges encountered by the Godavari basin stakeholders, and how the Data4Water project aims to address them.

The Godavari basin poses a unique set of water management challenges, primarily affecting the agriculture, agrifood, and water treatment sectors. In this web of complexities, the Data4water e-workshop will be about addressing the challenges of water management in the Godavari basin. The primary focus is on tackling the significant issue of water pumping, a critical element in the basin’s water-related practices.

At the heart of BWI’s ESA BASS-funded Data4Water project, lies our commitment to meeting the critical needs of our users. By providing accurate and timely river flow forecasts and insightful advice on optimal pumping times, our goal is to empower users like you to make informed decisions crucial to effective water management.

This workshop serves as a platform for gathering valuable feedback. It is an integral part of our ongoing user engagement phase, and we believe such insights will contribute significantly to the success of the Data4Water project. The workshop will mark the first in a series, emphasizing the collaborative and iterative nature of our approach.
